Lolwut?
Grooveshark’s translation interface is really cool and I like it better than Twitter’s because you can not only see the names of other users making suggestions, but you can also follow their alterations. It loses serious points, though, for having a ‘use Google Translate’ button.
Twitter, while its walls of text through which you have to sort looking for minor differences are annoying (sometimes two translations are identical), encourages human translation. There’s a short glossary at the top of each section, and I actually have grown to like their voting system.
These two design teams (or designers) should meet.
